product/ZF-Zipfizz doesn’t contain ephedra, high levels of caffeine, or sugarwhich is usually what causes thoses jitters from other energy and diet products. However, if you are extremely sensitive to caffeine, Zipfizz might not be right for you. It contains 100 mg of caffeine, wihich is about one-fourth the caffeine in a small Starbucks coffee (375 mg) and less than two Excedrin tablets (130mg).
